Sunday, April 01, 2007 It is rare to see stars in Sungei Gedong Camp, or rather starlets. Felicia Chin, Rui En were in camp last Tuesday to shoot for the new serial airing some time in July. We saw them having lunch in the 42 cookhouse with other actors and their production crew. I believe feeding MediaCorp stars cookhouse food is definitely ill-treatment of the highest degree. The lunch that day wasn't even special at all!(the fact that I can only remember a chicken wing being part of lunch that day speak volumes) I mean, what about the ji pa mian at the track mess?!Felicia Chin was in no.4 with 3 bars while Rui En was stunning in casual wear(oh damn, I almost said civis a horrible army term) Pierre Png looked really haggard without his make-up! With his slightly dishevelled look, he was worlds apart from his on-screen persona Chu Beng. Unfortunately, after their encounter with cookhouse food that day, they have never returned.(I dont blame them but sigh...) |
