Saturday, November 11, 2006 Superman Returns finally came out on DVD. I have been waiting since June when some buggers watched it without it.(YOU KNOW WHO). Sadly, it wasn't all I expected it to be. (I was thinking of the success of Spider-man 2). The main gripe I had with the movie was how lame Lex Luthor was. As in after waching the tough and cunning types of baddies in Infernal Affairs or sadistic bastards in Saw, Lex was pathetic. I ended up skipping the parts where he and his troupe appeared. Some of the scenes were really good though. Like when Clark Kent returned to work and found Lois engaged and with a child. There was such a feeling of lost chances and regret.I am planning to register for the SAT test on Jan 27(the only reason i havent was cos of fucked-up ATEC. You never know wat may happen...) I dont really want to go overseas but I figured that since my NS stint is basically a waste of 2 years, I might as well do something useful in the meantime. I cant believe I am saying this but I miss going to school. . seriously. Most of the time in bunk is spent reading or playing cards haha. I am quite tired of dota too.(GASP!). |
