Weekend Picks!

I seriously think Family Guy is one of the most hilarious TV series I have ever seen. If you have no idea who is Peter Griffin or Brian the dog, go get yourself the DVD now! I was fortunate enough to have a good friend lend me almost the entire collection, missing a few odd cds. Most of the laughs come from the antics of the Griffin's family and the supporting characters like Quagmire, Cleveland and the paraplegic police officer(whom I just cant remember the name). There is also usually a "moral" ending to every episode in which any character which has done something wrong would come to his or her senses and apologise for his or her blunders which I find a tad irritating. However it is more than made up by the rest of the show! 4.5 / 5 !!!

Harold and Kumar Go To White Castle is probably the funniest and most vulgar movie i have ever seen. I regret that I have waited so long before renting it. I can hardly think of a time in the show when i was bored. The movie is racist, sexist and encourages young people to do drugs. Great show. One of the best parts was when their car broke down and they were helped by a tow driver named Freak Show who had a gorgeous wife hiding in his home. After a short conversation, they were about to engage in a threesome when Freak Show wanted in for a foursome! Next when Harold landed in jail, he met a guy who was jailed for being black. When Kumar arrived to break him out, the cops ignored the duo and headed straight for the black dude because he was "armed and dangerous, resisting arrest" when the poor dude was pitifully waving his book around. At the end of the show, it is reported on TV news that authorities are looking for the two men. The pictures, drawn based on their descriptions, show a Chinese with squinting eyes in conical straw hat, and an Indian in a turban! Hilarious really.
